The Michigan ninety hour broker prelicensure course prepares you for the real estate broker licensing exam. This course requires that you have been a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan and having the equivalent of 3 years of full-time experience in the business of real estate or in a field determined by the Department to be relevant and related to the business of real estate. To be eligible to take the broker examination, you must successfully pass ninety hours of prelicensure education. Our instructors are licensed real estate brokers in multiple states with vast experience and knowledge that will be conveyed to you as part of your training. No other school offers instructors with this kind of experience.
